Notifications go out over a DLT-registered SMS gateway, email through your own SMTP account, and push notifications in the Kaympus mobile app. Teachers and admins can also message parents directly from the built-in chat.

Can parents pay school fees online using UPI or Net Banking?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Connect your own gateway (Razorpay, PayU, PhonePe, Paytm, Cashfree, Stripe or PayPal) and parents can pay by UPI, net banking, or card from the portal or mobile app. Every payment gets a numbered receipt against the student's fee ledger.

Yes. The report card engine uses your own grading scheme and supports CBSE-style strict pass rules, where failing theory fails the subject. Cards carry your school's board and affiliation number along with your logo, principal signature, and seal.

Yes. Once a route is mapped to a vehicle and driver, parents see the bus moving on a live map in the Kaympus app and get an alert as it approaches their stop. Gate check-ins are recorded against the student's attendance record.
