By accessing or using Kaympus, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between your institution and Kaympus regarding your use of our School ERP platform and related services.
Service Provision
We provide a modular ERP platform designed for educational institutions. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, services are provided 'as is'. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with prior notice to active institutional administrators.
Acceptable Use
Users must use the platform for legitimate educational and administrative purposes only. Any attempt to reverse engineer, scrape data, or bypass security protocols is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of service and legal action.
Limitation of Liability
Kaympus shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Institutions are responsible for maintaining their own backup of data and ensuring the accuracy of information entered into the system.
